• Kirribilli Heritage Terrace: Substantial alterations & additions to a 1889 terrace, including a 3 storey contemporary addition & complete refurbishment of the original terrace.

• The Salvation Army, Temora: A new heritage sympathetic multipurpose community hall & administration offices adjacent to t a heritage listed church.

• Cheltenham House: A new home in a heritage conservation area on an overland flow affected site

• Landmark Apartments/ Radisson Hotel: Complete refurbishment of existing indoor pool & gymnasium area with high durability/ low maintenance materials & finishes

• Castle Hill townhouses: A complex 7 unit residential townhouse development

• GKY Church, Surry Hills: Refurbishment & change of use of a heritage listed sandstone church to reinstate as a place of public worship

• Grand Motel, Wyong: Conversion of a disused bottle shop at the rear of the Grand Hotel into a modern 17 room motel complex

• Point Piper Residence: Extensive refurbishment of a $30m home on the harbour at Point Piper

• The Salvation Army, Auburn: Rejuvenation of existing office building in Auburn to house several departments of the Salvation Army and the Auburn Worship Centre

• Elizabeth Bay unit: Refurbishment of top floor unit in a harbour front Spanish Mission style apartment building, including loft conversion of unused roof space.

• Grand Hotel, Wyong: Refurbishment of an existing hotel, including new outdoor gaming room, bistro and sports bar

• Forestville: 72 'affordable' residential housing apartments

• Turbomeca Australasia: Alterations to existing building for expanded production line, including access link to existing development.

• Terrigal: 8 luxury 'eco-friendly' residential townhouses

• Bellevue Hill: Remediation work to replace balconies and balustrades on art deco apartment building

• Macron Music: Relocation of existing music store to new premises, including training rooms and performance hall.

• Palm Court Commercial Suites: Conversion of a disused restaurant into commercial office suites. 

• Erina: 36 'affordable housing'  apartments

• Alterations and additions to existing homes in North Avoca, Wahroonga, Longueville, Willoughby, West Ryde, Wamberal, Killara and Mannering Park.

• Cnr Ash St & Pine Tree Lane, Terrigal: Mixed use retail, commercial & residential building comprising 2 retail units, commercial office space, 6 luxury residential units, and basement carpark.

• 10 Grosvenor Rd, Terrigal: 3 luxury residential apartments overlooking Terrigal Bowl, with basement carpark

• “Eclipse on Hills”, 34-44 Hills St, Gosford: 2 buildings comprising 30 quality residential apartments with basement carpark.

• “Ken Duncan Gallery”, Erina Heights: Art Gallery, Café, and Theatrette for the display & sales of Ken Duncan photography.

• Bourne Family Hotels: Design & Detailing of alterations to several taverns & Hotels for compliance with Smoking & Gaming regulations

• “Parklands Tavern & Post Office”, Mt Penang Parklands: Proposed Tavern, Wine Centre, Brewery & Post Office

• “Warnervale Private Hospital”, 133 Mataram Rd, Warnervale ($13M): Private hospital housing an Outpatient Clinic, Specialist Suites, Radiology, Pharmacy & Café.

• “Taree Aquatic Club”: Proposed renovation & Extension of existing aquatic club on the Manning River.

• Caroline Bay Apartments, 1-5 George St, East Gosford: 10 Luxury residential townhouses on Caroline Bay.

• “Aldi Stores” NSW rollout ($2-4M): Supermarkets constructed at Bankstown Airport, Villawood, Cessnock, Bathurst, Richmond, & Emu Plains, as well as desktop studies & feasibility studies for numerous others.

• “Riverwood Business Park” 92-100 Belmore Rd, Riverwood ($49M): A 47,000m2 site combining 16 office/warehouse units of 35,000 m2, and a café.

• “Georges Hi-Fi Building” 387 George St, Sydney: Refurbishment of a heritage office building
