The Grand Motel - Wyong
2016 Building Designers Association of Australia Chapter Design Awards WINNER: Best Commercial Design
Designed by Jason Klumpp for Tyrrells Architects, a disused ex-bottle shop building at the rear of an existing Hotel was transformed into a modern Motel complex.
Careful planning created 17 rooms from the existing 280m2 floor area, with loft rooms created by utilising the sloping site to access the high roof space.
